Clay began playing the piano at an early age and continued his music studies at the collegiate level, graduating from BYU with a degree in Media Music Studies. Clay performed in the Young Ambassador Show Band, traveling around the world entertaining audiences in the USA, Australia, and Scandinavia.
Clay has been an adjunct instructor at BEAU (Broadview Entertainment Arts University) developing and teaching courses in music theory, music business, and music production & recording.
Clay currently works for Apple as a Creative. He is certified in Logic Pro X and teaches workshops and classes on all things
"Christmashed Classics" is a fun intermediate/advanced level book of piano solos that combines a variety of Christmas songs with popular classical piano works. Each of the six Christmas mashups are modeled around a specific classical piece that exhibits similar rhythmic and melodic patterns. This edition also contains two bonus songs: Home and Sing Glory.
